PTS was originally founded in 1989 to develop and market software. The company grew rapidly until in 2002 a part of the company was acquired by Macrovision, a leading US listed corporation. 

Whilst PTS continued to develop software and form a number of other companies including extravision, a leading e-marketing company and PTS Content, our publishing arm, we started to invest in property using the proceeds from the sale.

Over the years we have bought a number of investments and back in 2014 we made a decision to expand our portfolio considerably, primarily in the Warrington area.

Each year moving forward we are looking to acquire new sites.  We have the finance available to achieve this without borrowing which puts us in a strong position. We are able to honour our commitments to purchase without any bank funding.
