One Market Gate, Warrington

Market Gate is the meeting point of Warrington’s four main streets – Horsemarket Street, Buttermarket Street, Bridge Street and Sankey Street.

Our building, One Market Gate, faces onto public art known locally as the Skittles, a £5M award-winning design by American artist Howard Ben Tre. Location wise it could not be better, right on the corner of Bridge Street in a highly visible position, being adjacent to the Golden Square entrance.

The ground floor is occupied on a long lease by Hays Travel, the UK’s largest independent travel agent, having an annual turnover of over £800 million.

The first and second floors have been converted into two spacious luxury two bedroom apartments both of which have been let to the same tenants since completion.
